We had Ryan renovate our on-suite bathroom. The quality of Ryan’s work is second to none, we found him to be very friendly, courteous and extremely trustworthy.  Ryan proved himself to be proficient in all aspects of his work, including plumbing, electrical, framing, finishing.  Ryan’s tile work is 110 %, he tiled another bathroom floor for us before he did the bathroom reno and that is why we hired him for the reno.  Ryan also did a fantastic job on putting our glass tile backsplash in our kitchen.     Ryan’s knowledge of the renovation business is extensive, and well grounded.  We highly recommend Ryan of MC Construction for all your renovation needs.  Mike Holmes would be impressed!!!

MC Construction turned my boring beige ensuite into the bathroom of my dreams. The result is phenomenal and I can’t believe I get to have such an amazing space. Ryan is a true craftsman. He took my unusual ideas and made suggestions that made the space even better. I wanted a very unique space and I don’t think anyone else would have been able to create it the way he did. Instead of ignoring or working over structural issues uncovered during the process, he pointed them out and fixed them. He really cares about doing it right, not just getting it done. MC Construction has completed two projects for us. The first was exterior painting of our house including full preparation work and cedar siding restoration. At the same time they replaced our double French front doors and rear door painted in a custom colour which was applied in an automotive type spray booth. Additionally they repaired water penetration issues. Soffit and fascia boards and damaged joist ends were replaced; and flashing was applied to correct water penetration issues. The second was the supply and replacement of two very large bay windows and a bathroom window. We're very pleased with the work performed. Ryan's attention to detail is amazing. In both cases MC provided quotes for the basic jobs. The work required to correct the water penetration issues was done on a time and material basis as costs couldn't be determined until material was removed to assess the damage. We were kept fully informed about the cost to effect the repairs at all times. We are very pleased with the professional way this work was performed and would not hesitate to employ this company for any other work we may require. We highly recommend them to others. Bob Davis

MC Construction successfully completed extensive exterior renovations to my house this past summer. The renovations involved replacing siding, fascia boards and a door with water issues prior to the house being painted.
